Chief Executive Officer & Founder
In his role as Chief Executive Officer, Bill is responsible for the overall direction of the company.
Bill is a 4th generation real estate professional and grew up working alongside his grandfather and father on various real estate development projects throughout the United States.
He has 14 years experience in land use, zoning and entitlements in various jurisdictions, as well as equity and debt capitalization, Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, private activity bond financing, joint venture structuring, public-private partnerships, Enterprise Green construction efficiency, construction management, and investor relations.
In 2014, 2018 and 2019, Bill was selected in the Mountain States Super Lawyers “Rising Stars” list in the Corporate Law category. In 2018, Bill was awarded the the prestigious "40 Under 40" award by Utah Business Magazine.
Bill graduated from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University in 2008 with a juris doctrate, and the W.P. Carey School of Business with a Masters in Real Estate Development. Bill graduated with honors from the University of Utah in 2002 with dual degrees in English and Economics.
Bill is currently pursuing his CCIM designation.
