Mr. Elrod is a successful entrepreneur and business developer. Jason founded a real estate development firm, where he orchestrated and invested in developments in Arizona and Idaho. In conjunction with these projects, he successfully raised over $70 million, assembling approximately 10,000 acres in Arizona and Idaho, and helped craft the policies, plans and ordinances that have fostered successful development in those states. Recognized for adaptability, strong financial and analytical skills, and the ability to interface well with a diverse group of people. At Pathway Communities, Mr. Elrod leads acquisition of new projects, manages due diligence processes, lead contract negotiations, plan and manage entitlements, consultant management, and asset management.Jason is responsible for conceptualizing and communicating the project vision, plan and manage and schedule milestones, analyze acquisition and disposition of projects, and deal flow. On a daily basis, he conducts market analysis, creating and reviewing financial modeling, communicating with partners, financiers and governing bodies. |
